About KACDE
KACDE is a not-for-profit organization whose primary function is to help develop, promote, and strengthen conservation districts and their programs in the state of Kentucky. The Association's governing body is an Executive Committee and Board of Representatives consisting of elected officers and area representatives.

KACDE COLORS KACDE's colors are royal blue and yellow. We associate Royal Blue with being strong, steady, solid, and loyal, which we as district employees strive to be. We associate yellow with being bold, powerful, and bright. We want to be strong employees with a bright and positive attitude and we want to make a difference in the world.

Opportunity to help design training specific to the needs of the district employees. Networking with counterparts and employees with similar interests. Opportunity to provide input to conservation leadership on matters affecting employees and workplace concerns.Opportunity to provide leadership and input within a statewide organization. Enhances the positions of District employees to: Make our positions more professional Educate the general public of our duties and responsibilities Have an opportunity to give and receive information on state committees |
